To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. 1. Smoking & Vaping Policy To maintain a professional recording environment: • Smoking of any kind (including cigars, cigarettes, or open flame) is strictly prohibited inside the building. • Vaping is permitted indoors, provided it does not interfere with equipment, staff workflow, or the comfort of others. • Smoking is permitted outside only, and all waste must be disposed of properly. • Any smoke-related damage to equipment, furniture, acoustic treatment, or property may result in cleaning or replacement fees. • Violation of this policy may result in session termination without refund. 2. Weapons, Safety & Security Policy The safety of all clients, staff, and guests is mandatory. • No firearms, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted on the premises, regardless of permit status. • Disorderly conduct, harassment, threats, violence, or illegal activity will result in immediate session termination without refund. • Only approved guests may attend sessions. You are fully responsible for the conduct of your guests. • No food or open beverages are permitted near studio equipment or at the workstation. • Security cameras may be present in common areas for safety and liability purposes. BlatantDope Studios reserves the right to refuse service or end a session at its sole discretion if safety standards are violated. 3. Liability & Responsibility By attending your session, you agree to the following: • You assume all personal risk while on the premises. • BlatantDope Studios, its owners, and engineers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. • You are financially responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests to: • Audio equipment • Instruments • Acoustic treatment • Furniture • Building property • BlatantDope Studios is not liable for data loss due to client error, file corruption, or unforeseen technical failure. Clients are encouraged to maintain personal backups. Acknowledgment By booking and attending your session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies. Violation may result in session termination, forfeiture of payment, additional fees, and refusal of future bookings.
